When I signed up online for my membership and I had to go to the front desk to get the membership card the staff was really helpful and they knew exactly what to do and what to help me with!

The best attraction of this gym is the gaming upright bikes!!
There needs to be better restrictions in place for the universal change room. There are whole families in there. If the whole family is in attendance for swim lessons then the same gendered parent should go to appropriate change room. I have to use this room with my son. Father is not in attendance. And today a man was holding up the private shower (which was broken last time he tried using) waiting for his wife and child. This is unacceptable.
