I went to the Shawnessey location this evening at about 7:00 pm. I was going to go to the swimming pool with my children. However, I waited over 45 mins and was still in the line. There were 2 staff members in the front and helping people to register membership. Each membership registration took 20--30 mins. There were about 10 people in front of me. Then I had to leave there cause the place closed at 9:00 pm. It takes tooooo long time for people just wanna drop in.
