I had a very positive experience at the YMCA. The staff were extremely kind, respectful, and patient. Even though my English is not very good, they took the time to explain everything clearly and help me. The workout area is excellent, the equipment is clean, and everything is well-organized. I truly appreciate the wonderful service and would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and support.
The Southwest YMCA is a great place for so many activities, from treadmills, ellipticals, swimming, ypga, aerobics .... The staff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful and the physical environment is nice and clean, clear and comfortable.
