Today, I called about my account being charged twice. Brenda needs training with customer service since this is what the front desk does. What should have been a simple phone call, ended up being more. She wasn’t trying to listen to understand. I had a similar experience and a lady name Sharon, who was filling in from the Rockton campus, was very professional.

Jan 2026 12 months update Worked with Ryan Davidson thru Sept 2025 Accomplished huge recovery with Ryan’s help… lifting weights at levels that exceed my 40’s levels Ryan introduced me to new ways to lift, especially selling me on 3 sets of increased weights After Sept 2025.. continued lifting on my own. I'm including screenshots of how the executive director of YMCAs in this area handles people who break rules and how they treat members that openly disrespect other members. Don't go here, there's more than a handful of problems here.
