It's the best Y in the area. Good vibes and large gym. Walking track is excellent. Cardio room is huge and also has more weight machines. Sauna and steam room are great for post workout.
Ryan Davidson has worked with me for the last three weeks to assist in my recovery from West Nile virus and encephalitis last July.
