Recommendedthe Tai chi classes and yoga classes are awesome and I love the pool even if there's an activity going on or lessons there's usually a lane to swim laps at all times! it's a very nice facility I am very happy! I can't wait to try the Zen meditation.

Busy this time of year but super nice facility. They let active duty in for free during our holiday travels!
The Y really has it all if you are serious about getting in better shape, and the child care I have experienced has been great!
Only problem is I joined for the pool. it seems to be down a lot. It should be under warranty, I'd think.
My family loves the YMCA. The staff are caring and engaging, the equipment and amenities are top notch, and the group fitness classes are where it’s at! The Y has something for everyone.

very clean.. very friendly and helpful!! A very nice facility. I do my physical Therapy 2 time a week there.
