Went to swim laps and paid 12$ and there was a class going on, was told the pool was open and it wasn’t, week later called and complained and asked if the pool was open , drove 30min for a huge sign at the front saying pool was closed.
I go their to workout and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it for people who don't want to wait in line for workouts
Horrible and uninformed staff. They do not know how to check in traveling members and create unnecessary hassle just to get a workout while traveling for business. I travel weekly and visit multiple YMCAs across the East Coast, and this location has by far the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. The front desk is rude and completely uninformed about how national memberships work. If I have a membership at one YMCA, I should have access to all locations—and staff should know how to honor that.
