I was in Charleston, West Virginia, on a work trip and wasn’t impressed with the hotel gym. Since I’m a YMCA member, I took advantage of the nationwide membership and visited this YMCA instead. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made the process quick and easy. They simply asked for my ID, took my picture, and I was ready to work out no hassle at all. A family atmosphere.
After the mother of my child took my son and I haven't seen him in over a year, I come here to work out all the negative energy and to just make myself happy again . I got to say, the environment is great and this isn't planet fitness . There is some real gym goers that you will meet, they will push you and it's awesome. I found my happiness here , I eat through the pain with weights and the sauna pushing myself through it.
