Thank you for the response, but the central issue is still being missed. Been a member at this location for many years. I recently asked a staff member at the front desk about their public WiFi. She laughed and said “good luck, it doesn’t work that well.” If that’s your only form of public wifi and you know it’s not good, why not fix the issue?? For what they charge per month, shouldn’t have this as an issue.
