MAJOR DATA PRIVACY CONCERNS I am extremely disappointed with the YMCA's customer service and their irresponsible handling of personal data. I sent an email six business days ago about a critical web update issue and have not received any acknowledgment. Additionally, I canceled all summer camp registrations three business days ago, also with no confirmation. My main concern stems from their recent website update.
