MAJOR DATA PRIVACY CONCERNS I am extremely disappointed with the YMCA's customer service and their irresponsible handling of personal data. I sent an email six business days ago about a critical web update issue and have not received any acknowledgment. Additionally, I canceled all summer camp registrations three business days ago, also with no confirmation. My main concern stems from their recent website update. Clean organized loved it
A nice gym. I like all the amenities and the machines in the women’s room was a nice addition… but this place is crowded. Every single machine is full almost at all times of the day it’s insane. For as large as it is, idk maybe they should have some sort of capacity limit… not sure if there’s a way to regulate that. Also, parking was nice. There is one parking lot and a whole parking garage I believe just for the Y users only.
It’s been a month since we signed up. They have app issues, website issues and really poor support. No problem with the facilities but you cannot really book anything or find out about the schedule as they will never solve tech issues.
