Today was my son's first pool lesson at the YMCA program. And it was absolutely awful. We went there half an hour early because it was the first lesson. I couldn't find anyone in charge. When it was time for the lesson, I got up to look for the locker rooms and someone helped me. When I got my son dressed and took him to the lesson, they told me his name wasn't on the list and that the lesson was canceled. No one called me. My daughter had an enriching experience where she got to try new activities and foods, take part in sing-alongs, and make new friends. The counselors were terrific!
