A year later after my initial review and I’ve had the worst experience with Y that I’ve had with any other child care provider.similar to what I described in my initial review has continued, but now, reaching out to the head of the financial department I’m met with complete silence, no responses to any of my inquiries. In terms of content and experiences for children, I would give YMCA a thumbs up. However, their prices are insane, and not affordable. They should be in service to families, but operate more focused on the business side and act like bill collectors. Especially with how expensive it is simply to live day to day nowadays, there is very little compassion for financial hardship. HR lady is a C word! Creative.
This facility has a hateful ASE instructor (Ms. Ashley Donaldson). She openly mocks/laughs at individuals with Christian faith, and in the same platform, advertises to help "care" for your young children. Absolutely disgusting on Ashley's part and highly unprofessional. There are better places to send your children.
