Taken few classes and it's a Great facilities. Great classes! Very kind and helpful people. Love the staff! Only 2 things I wish for are a description of the classes with level of difficulty explained. As someone coming from surgery post PT looking to go to the next level it is hard to plan what classes to take because I have no idea the full name of the class. it's just 3 letters or a short vague name without description. It’s fun to stay here. They got everything for a man to enjoy. You can hang out with all the boys.
Very nice place. They have all kinds of workout equipment including free weights. Also have exercise classes. Just doesn't have a pool.
