The management is horrible with responding to emails and complaints. If you do get a reply it's a generic answer and not a resolution to the problem.
The Reynoldsburg YMCA is so dysfunctional and I've personally spoken with so many frustrated members that at times I think they should just shut it completely down until they can hire some leadership that actually WANTS to solve problems. And actually WANTS to hire enough staff to keep the basketball courts MAINTAINED correctly and the outside pool OPEN and operating for it's members.
