Great facility great staff great environment.
I have been a member of the Upper Hutt YMCA gym for a couple of years now. Friendly helpful staff. Recently I travelled to Uganda. Long haul flights both ways with road travel there not comfortable. I was very surprised to find my weekly yoga classes n 2-3 times weekly strengthening programme's kept my body together and supple. Usually after 3 weeks away I notice stiffening in my lower back n hips. Thanks Jill, Deb n David.
Went last Tuesday for cancer society support and was really good to meet people going through the same thing . If interested contact the cancer society
