Every other Y in the country would get an automatic 5 star from me, but after stopping in a couple of times over the winter to let them know about the flag left out in the dark situation and even messaging through the website contact info, they still leave their flag outside all night in the dark. I figured they meant well so I was totally friendly/informative about it but they must be just lazy and disrespectful. Even the gas station across the street has a flag light. Either take it inside at night or illuminate it.
The young woman at front desk on Monday mornings is extremely rude. Very condescending over a miss communication. Not sure about over staff but her attitude alone made me cancel my membership
Most of the staff are friendly but this gym is way too hot, especially in the summer. I don’t think they make the temperature in this gym tolerable at all and it’s one of the biggest reasons why I don’t like coming here anymore. Even if they save money for having the AC low-they lose more customers bc of it so is it really worth it? Also something minor but one of the machines has been out of service sign November 2024 with a sign that reads “will be fixed soon” lol
Really enjoy being members here. A well run gym.
