I enjoyed working out at the YMCA in the Shreveport Bossier area. All the trainers were great. I used your facility to participate in half marathons and 5k’s through sports spectrum. I even utilized your services to run the Rock N Roll Run series in Nashville Tennessee. All that benefits st Jude children’s hospital. I have participated in your spin classes and even took the onboarding class for cross fit at the lash family ymca location when it opened. It’s a very clean place. Everything is welly maintained. Staff are very polite and professional.
Amazing water aerobics yoga and Zumba classes for all ages always clean safe and open .. plenty of parking .. friendly staff
