Very family friendly facility. Great running and biking trails along with an updated playground and restrooms make an inexpensive fun day for my girls and I.
Great group exercise classes!!! Lots of machines to work out if that's your gig!!!
I joined with my grand daughters. I enjoy the silver sneakers very much! My girls get the benefits of all the classes available to them! It is very family oriented and staff are friendly!
Good workout classes, friendly instructors, close to home. Enjoy working out there. Great Zumba classes.
