The people, the classes, the staff, and instructors are all wonderful!
The receptionist/counterworker named Mary was so rude to me and my parents that we decided to cancel our membership for good and never attend the YMCA again. She should not be working there and should do some tai chi herself to brighten her mood. She should be fired
If you are traveling or a member at another YMCA, don't try going to this facility. Very exclusive. Not a good look for YMCA organization.
