My brother recently tried to get a membership at this YMCA, and the treatment he received was unacceptable. What should’ve been a welcoming, helpful environment felt cold, dismissive, and borderline discriminatory. When our mother called to ask questions, the staff didn’t even try to assist they told her to “just check the website,” like they couldn’t be bothered to do their job or answer basic questions. Customer service is very poor , my son went in this afternoon around 4:00pm and saw three employees in the front doing absolutely nothing and asked one of the guys by the name of Darrel or Derrick, if he was the manager, and the Guy told him no, and my son asked him if he can tell him if the manager is there, and the guy told my son no . My son walked out ,mind you he just literally let a “membership walk out the door”.YMCA needs to re train your employees on how to give great customer service.

Really disappointed in their customer service. I walked in because I wanted to speak to an actual person about what a membership includes and all they said was “look online. It’s on there.” I understand there’s a website but sometimes people just want to talk to a real person.

Machines are always broken at this location or not working for months at a time. When i ask them about it they say they are ordering parts. The equipment is so old maybe the parts are being delivered from a time machine instead of amazon
