Horrible gym, I went here for 2 years and half the equipment is broken or torn and sweat being left at numerous of the equipment and barely any equipment and it being broken for 2+ months
Absolutely horrible service. Not only did they lose copies of our ID without explanation as to who could access it and how it’s securely stored, but the childcare is also a joke. We were told to take our toddler child outside in the 95 degree heat to calm her down as we were not allowed to calm her down during drop off childcare in the facility. The manager was dismissive and had no resolution to our issue. We cancelled and recommend that anyone looking for a gym with childcare to look elsewhere.
I had an excellent experience thanks to Daryil. It was my first time visiting the gym, and he made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in. He gave me a thorough tour, answered all of my questions, and treated me with nothing but respect. What stood out the most was that he never pressured me to sign up. Yes, some of the equipment is broken, but it's still a great place to work out. Friendly staff and friendly people that frequent this Y.
