Plenty of treadmills, stationary bikes, both free weight and universal. All kinds of exercise classes.
Horrible place to play basketball. They rent out or schedule out to courts non stop. They just made 2 basketball/indoor soccer/ volleyball courts and you will get kicked off for trying to play basketball even if no one is using them at this y they only care about old people and pickle ball go to the north ymca is you want to hoop it’s always empty or available

Field house is only for organized sports, no members allowed even if its completely empty, and the gym with basketball nets is almost always rented out for organized sports at the same time leaving nothing for young members to do. But the Y will say you can have your children be members and pay for organized sports to use the facilities! If wanting a place for you and your kids to go and be able to play sports as members, this isn’t the place for that.
