They need to be more welcoming, polite, and treat different cultures and ethnicities better than they do. I pay for a family membership and My family does NOT feel welcome when they go here they leave and go to the different Y’s around the state of MO or KS, because they treat them poorly here. They treat the white people with open arms, but never speak to us and never see if we enjoyed our time there I have seen them offer different services to whites, but say absolutely nothing to us.
