Avery County YMCA is a great place with wonderful programs. The instructors are very knowledgeable in the classes they teach.
I love to play pickle ball in the mornings at 9:30 with the people who are there and if you ever get hurt at the gym then guess what there's a hospital right next to the Y!
I wish something could be posted in the gym about proper etiquette. Maybe a sign stating to wipe down equipment after you use it. There are serious illnesses going around and I've witnessed people just walking away without wiping their sweat off of equipment.
