Great place to go to get away from presumptuous over the top fitness geaks just regular people getting their fit on some funny smells down in the basement but not terribly bad fun for all ages get down to the Y

Happy to be employed @ the Idaho Falls YMCA. I'm looking forward to teaching Hip Hop to anyone interested. My class will be challenging enough for advanced dancers but novices will not be lost & will learn a lot while we all have tons of fun.
