Pilates is one of my favorite classes and I try to get to it whenever it is offered! At first I couldn't do some of the moves, but as I stuck with it, I was excited to realize that I could! Strengthening my core has made my back pain non-existent. The individual training made a big difference in understanding correct technique. I recommend Pilates to everyone looking for a great core workout.

They are always improving the facility in some way. They have redone the locker rooms, they are about to be open Sundays, and now they are about to get new equipment in. 10/10

I love our Y!! I can’t say enough good about it. Not only does it make it possible for me to have a great place to go for exercise but it also supports important things like our new program at Doyle Methodist church “FULLfillment” which is a free feeding children program.
