April 2018 I was in a serious car accident. I spent 6 months in a wheelchair then several months after where I was walking short distances with a cane. I went to the YMCA and talked to a few wonderful people there about my situation. After talking to them I decided to give it a try. I felt the Aqua classes might help me rebuild loss muscle and range of motion. It has made such a great difference in my life. The people there are so helpful. I dont have any regrets about joing the YMCA.
After working here for some years, working out in the facility, and playing basketball and swimming in the pool ... getting accustomed to the facilities... It’s a really great establishment that does really well for everyone involved 🙂 So many memories here, it’s always going to be a spot to be able to relax at 🙏🏼 check it out!
Working out at The Freeport YMCA is a very good experience and it's worth getting a membership pass there. They also have a nice pool there too.
