Never thought that at my age I would be at the gym 6 days a week. Can't help it...Zumba is so much fun that I hate to miss it. Our instructors are AWESOME...adore all of their styles. Would come on Sundays if Zumba was available.Special shout out to Sandee...you have really whipped our Y into shape. Thanks for all that you do! My husband and I are very grateful to be members of this YMCA facility.

It's more than just a gym. It's a community center focused on health and family. I feel comfortable, here, and the staff is always warm and welcoming.

Absolutely love the Y! Especially this year I have begun training with a personal trainer Leslie and she is very knowledgeable and gives me guidance to hit my goals... awesome place!
