Great place to swim! I am a fan the Delmarva Dogfish Masters Swim club for adults! Great coach, great workouts, and the best friendships are made early in the morning!
The YMCA is great! Newly renovated with new equipment and more workout classes!
I've been a member since 1999. Favorite place to be on down time. The recent upgrades has made the facility the elite training facility in the Salisbury area now. New equipment, pool, basketball courts, along with a full ensemble of programming makes this place the best option. The staff is excellent!
