Awesome facility state of the art! Fitness room layout and spacing is perfect, really great Precor equipment pieces with amazing movement patterns! Super clean as well. I am a massive fan and will be back anytime I am visiting CT. Thank you !!
There was a time when the YMCA was organized, and conducted their services in orderly fashion. The only thing that has stayed the same is the rude lady that continues to sit at the front desk,whos behavior continues to be excused because of who she's friends with( ED)!!! Many people have complained yet she sits their with her tight face and disrespectful comments still holding a job that requires her to be welcoming and kind to the community.
