Was scheduled for a check up that I didn't need, drove 1/2 an hr to appt and wasted my entire afternoon and they charged me $500. Absolutely unprofessional and unresponsible
I've had nothing but a positive visit each and every time. Yale is a teaching facility, and I always welcome the students. Dr. Eisenstein and staff are professional, polite, and very thorough.
They don't ask for your consent to have residents in the room with the doctor. So now there is a nurse AND residents to gawk at you while the doctor looks you over. NOT a comfortable environment for patients.
