Very rude staff. The lady with the blonde hair is absolutely terrible. Started yelling saying I was trespassing and cussing at me when i live right across the street. Very unprofessional staff. Don't recommend coming here...these people need mental help themselves...wouldnt trust them to care for my mental well-being.
I have been seeing Yvonne before she had her own office(s). I can't say enough about her, Carrie, and Dr. Rajput. They are all so kind and caring and well as being professional and great at their jobs. I know I am a difficult patient to work with due to my mental ups and downs and time displacement issues. Any other office would have 86'd me by now but I believe that that this office has genuine empathy for their patients. I know I always feel better when I leave than when I came in and to me that's what it's all about!!
Most unprofessional office I have ever been to. Receptionist, Carrie, never answers the phone and has been rude to me multiple times. I was denied a medication refill because I have Covid but was never offered a telemed appointment. Apparently they do not care about their patients mental health enough to let them go cold Turkey off meds for the weekend. Unbelievable. Do not recommendation this place to anyone.
I've been seeing Yvonne for years. She's seen me at my worst and has helped guide me into my current much better self. I have referred multiple people including my daughter here as well. Not a single person that has gone via my recommendation has said anything bad. You are not treated as a number or just another payment. The office staff is amazing too! I highly recommend this place!!!
