This firm will string you along . Delay the due process as long as possible to extract every fee they can from there client. There best interest is there bottom line not there clients outcome . Stay far away from this firm close to 20000$ in legal fees haven't even got a court date . It's sad you take advantage of the elderly on-top of your baseline illegal practices . Great legal work, but ruined by the front desk experience. While my legal matters were handled well by Susan Kim, the pick-up process at the Langley office was a nightmare. Due to an incomplete address in the firm’s email, I spent 40 minutes lost. When I finally walked in, Negar Shaban was not only unapologetic but also quite dismissive, claiming this was a "first-time" mistake. It’s a shame that such a professional firm's reputation is being tarnished by this kind of poor staff attitude.
