Another contractor quoted me $6200 and told me I needed a whole new furnace system. YKM came and took a look and was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes and only charged an inspection fee. Nice crew and great service!

If you’re looking for the lowest price, keep looking—but if you want the job done right the first time, hire YKM. I wasted a lot of money on 'cheap guys' before finding them. Their professionalism is on another level. Sergio took the time to explain the 'why' behind the repair and didn't cut corners. High-quality work and total peace of mind are worth the investment. Highly recommend!"
