Amazing kind staff, super understanding, as when i first went i didn’t have enough money (i paid off fully as soon as i could) i hope every mew bride has the best experience like i did. Lovely gown ordered and arrived before time. Would remind when order via email to remember to put all changes you want in and double check. I forgot to do this but they were able to make adjustments early and the other thing I forgot we were able to pay for tailor to do the adjustment (close slit some.
