Was quoted a very fair flat fee to replace a hot water tank. He came out the same day to do the work! All the piping was on the opposite side, so he had to re run everything. Then the unit was leaking from manufacturer and he repaired it. Took over 4 hours and extra parts. Still charged the quoted flat fee. Offered good advice on maintenance and did excellent work. Very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the plumber you probably want to use.
