Bought a brand new L shaped sofa bed from Yita Home. It arrived with massive gaps between the cushions and frame, clearly a manufacturing defect. The sofa is uncomfortable, poorly constructed, and not even close to what was advertised. Customer service was a complete disaster. Absolute scam company. Sent wrong item to us. Sent it back and they say we returned the wrong item from our order. Now charging us more than the price originally. Sort yourself out, look at all your bad reviews and rethink your career scammers
Purchased an outdoor sectional with them through a shopping group. Used a promo code that gave me a significant discount. My order was processed and shipped. Then I received a message saying my order was cancelled. They stated that the item was damaged and now they are out of stock. I asked for a picture of the damage and they said “we already disposed of the product.” The product is still showing in stock on Amazon but at a higher price and they no longer accept my discount code.
