Absolutely a nightmare to deal with customer support. Ordered an 18000 btu mini split, put it together, won't work. Had electrician, heating and cooling company and general contractor look at it.. power to unit but won't turn on. 3 days of voice mails to customer support, no return call. 4th day, they couldn't find my order in their system..by name, address. Or order number. Couldn't help me at all. Do not recommend at all. Would give zero if could. On day 6, still no call back..
I love their firniture
Delivery was a little slow, but not too terrible. Customer service was pretty good. Greenhouse was however overrated for wind. Had to do many repairs.
Seems scammy still have not received my order or even a confirmation after 3 weeks. They are playing dumb with me as well. Not happy!
