Bought a brand new L shaped sofa bed from Yita Home. It arrived with massive gaps between the cushions and frame, clearly a manufacturing defect. The sofa is uncomfortable, poorly constructed, and not even close to what was advertised. Customer service was a complete disaster. We purchased a dresser via Amazon and it is defective and falling apart. I’ve never had a piece of furniture do this. Every week something new breaks and Amazon will not rectify the situation as it is past their window to return. Bare in mind, item was purchased in October 2025, put together in November 2025. Wobbles to the point we had to remove the drawers as I was afraid it would collapse in my child. The item is defective and we need resolution. It should also be removed from Amazon it should NOT be sold.
Their furniture look good online, but the quality is lagging behind Ikea. Drawers aren’t smooth, parts aren’t always well aligned. I highly recommend you buy elsewhere.
I like the wide produce bins.
