We have a relatively large residential job with Yisheng. They were good for the first 85% of the job although the situation went downhill thereafter. Work ground to a halt when they got a better job offer at the Chinese embassy and workers vanished from our site. Practical completion was delayed from originally planned April, to October and five months later (now March 2025), there are multiple tasks left incomplete causing us significant inconvenience.
