Just left this boutique due to the rudeness of the older lady that waited on us after being on the phone and ignoring us when we first arrived. She was very condescending and snobbish. Then while waiting on us walked away to answer the phone again without saying a word. So out we went. Too bad as the store had some cute items, however, I will never go back and will be sure to share my experience.

Whenever I come to Shelby I always stop here. The owner, Kacey, is down to earth, and a very kind person. Always helps me even if it takes hours to pick out boots and jeans. The selection and the hospitality is out of this world! Can’t wait to come back!!! (Sophia from NY)
My 18 year old daughter came home from visiting this boutique in tears because the 62 year old saleswoman insinuated that my daughter has a “weight problem” because the boot she tried on was tight in the arch! This ladies personal weight loss journey had nothing to do with my daughter buying a pair of boots. My gorgeous daughter is a size 2!!! She doesn’t have a weight problem but has had an eating disorder in the past. This lady hurt her deeply. Please think before you speak. You don’t know how your words can hurt people.
