this is the coolest Western store I've ever been into staff is super friendly and very accommodating I would recommend anyone looking for any Western apparel to visit
Is the Cowboys store I like it the lady that was running real Knox and friendly. We’re real helpful.
Completely unacceptable experience. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive, and instead of helping, she decided to lecture me about how we “do not care.” That alone says everything you need to know. There was zero professionalism, zero accountability, and absolutely no customer service skills on display. If you don’t value customers or basic respect, you probably shouldn’t be running a business. I won’t be back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting courtesy or common decency.
I went in the yippie ki yay today to exchange a pair of pants that I had bought the day prior. The pair of pants that I bought were slim straight so they were not fitting as I would like. While I was in the store, I tried a new pair of pants on to exchange the other ones. The owner kc then knocked on the changing room door to ask if everything fit, how I liked. I don’t know what y’all are talking about the owner being rude she is a very nice person helped me and everything and I’ve went there multiple times and they’ve always been welcoming
