Never have I seen such astonishingly slow and lackadaisical service. It took these genius 15 minutes to make two musubi. The pork buns and char siu which are premade btw also took nearly 20 minutes. Why? Because not one employee is hustling despite 20 people standing around waiting for their orders. The line to order wasn’t long. The line to wait was. Which shows they weren’t busy. Just slow and lazy.
