Didn't know I needed yoga in my life but after that experience I'll be back! All around great
Sara is an amazing yoga instructor. I have attended all of the classes she offers and even bring my mom and sister when they are in town visiting. She has helped me greatly with stretching and increasing my flexibility. Her classes are fun, educational and very engaging. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Sara has exceeded my expectations from this class. I am a Newbie and she was very accommodating with my questions, thorough, and she let me video her doing the warm up so I can practice at home. She is an excellent instructor.
Sara is an incredible instructor who immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable during my first class. I joined a few weeks ago to help with flexibility and balance for ice skating, and I'm already seeing improvements on the ice thanks to Sara's focus on body awareness and explaining the mechanics of the body. The small class size also lends itself to a more personal, casual atmosphere and everyone's been super friendly so far. I’ve been working with Sara for almost 2 years and she is THE BEST!! She’s helped me fix a lot of my gait issues and gave me some exercises to help with my back muscles being tight. I’ll only ever go to her for yoga
