I called them for a question. The lady whoever picked up my phone call was impatient and rude. She was ready to hang up on me before I asked the question. I understand that you are busy, but this is definitely not a rush business. This was probably one of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Terrible.

I called this place 5x and left voicemails this week with no response. I finally got a hold of someone today. Whoever answered the phone needs a real lesson on hard spoken vs soft spoken manners in Canada. I told her I was referred by a walk in clinic doctor and her attitude became nasty. She rushed me off the phone and asked multiple questions before I could reply to even 1. If you could avoid this place please do. Don’t let OHIP give them another cent until they learn how to answer a phone and treat people with respect.
