Saw her today, ask for a follow up call when my test results were in and she no. I asked why she didn't have a answer. So I asked is this because you won't be paid through my insurance for the call her response was yes!! She could care less about a patient's health and more about the dollar bill. I hope somebody gets these reports. I'm about to put in on her and does what needs to be done. Any nurse practitioner that cares more about money than the patient should be fired!! Got the feeling I was bothering her. Asked her questions about what was wrong and she never fully explained anything. Just referred me on to other doctors. Every time you visit you get a at least 3 referrals to other doctors but not a satisfactory explanation of why. And when she doesn't like something you ask her she yells at you. I'm over 70 I need someone to take the time with me not hustle me in and out.

If I could give this doctor a less of a review I would. My mother who is 70 years old has been to the ER 3 times in the last 2 months. She finally gets in with Dr Mendez and Dr Mendez is out of the country. This office claims they are a bilingual office but the Nurse practitioner whom she saw does not speak Spanish. She did not tell my mom to bring a translator nor did they have a hotline to call while my mom was there. They prescribed her an antibiotic that she didn’t even need. Do better.

I had to go to the Mainline Health Urgent Care in Broomall. I did not have to wait long. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Dr. Mary-Stewart Willsie asked questions, ordered tests and made her diagnosis. She was direct and clear in her instructions which I understood. Who needs sugarcoated nonsense when you're sick!

Very basic information read from handouts. Staff is too young and unqualified, do not waste your time here.

My wife Joan and I met with Dr. Ciocca last week and were really impressed with her and how kind she was in handling our problems. Her personal stories were great and she made us feel wanted . Her advice was excellent. She is a great Doctor and person. Joan Bardsley and Gil.

Bryn Mawr Hospital staff are the best in providing, quick, efficient and informative health care. I want to thank the Physician Assistants, Nursing Staff and Dr. Lee for being patient, kind and reassuring in the treatment they provided. One of the best hospital, emergency services I have ever experience in my life.
