When I arrived for my first and second appointment the nurse or medical assistant greeted me with a big smile and was extremely pleasant in conversation while taking my vitals. The phlebotomist who performed the blood draw for tests was professional and kind. Dr. Du was welcoming and took the time to get to know me. Did not listen to and responded as though she preferred not to address my questions or concerns. “That has nothing to do with the results”. The first visit she seemed perturbed because I did not know how to answer question: “What did she meant? When did the symptom occur? I took copious notes for 2 weeks but she was not interested my journal of symptoms. Easy to talk to and does not push prescriptions on you.
Best RA doctor I have had. She actually takes time to explain things, listens to her patients And is very caring and knowledgeable. Hope to have her as my doctor for a very long time.
3 years ago when i came to see Dr.Du I was at my lowest with my fibromyalgia.. she treated me so good like i was a person like she cared fast forward 3 yrs later I had to start paying cash each visit became less and less.. like i didnt even exist any more, she took my medicine away office couldn't even call me back just gave up on me just like that.. Spoke with office to become a new patient. Was told they would call me after reviewing my records forwarded from my primary. Never heard from office for 3 weeks so I called. Was informed at that time that they no longer take new patients. Here i waited 3 weeks and no courtesy call to tell me this. Now I have to contact my primary to have records sent to another RA specialist.
Dr. Du is an excellent and attentive doctor. She really is concern and compassionate towards her patients. I'm very proud and satisfied to have her take care of my health concerns.
