A few years ago Jeff was my instructor in TaeKwon-Do, my father and I trained under him for a couple of years. Hands down the best most family friendly experience. Jeff always encouraged me to push myself and I recommend him very highly to anyone. Whether you are looking for hardcore fitness or, if like me, you want to have some healthy family time, def the man to see.
