Lara is a beautiful person inside and out. She held space for me and really listened. The whole Kinesiology session was great, I did not feel rushed at all. Really positive experience, I would recommend!
GuideDogs NSW/ACT engaged Lara during the first Covid Lockdown to help our people through the uncertainty. Lara conducted two virtual sessions per week . Lara is an amazing yoga teacher and a beautiful soul that created calm energy and warmth in her classes. Lara is an incredible kind and generous person. Meeting her had such a positive impact on my life.
