Poor management of their houses in Emery Avenue in Gray, Now we have lost bus stop 433, thanks to rocks being thrown at buses. So now, in September 2025, the residents of the 16 units opposite at no. 26 - the Horseshoe Units - face a long walk to another stop, even if they’re partly disabled and don’t have a car, like me. Also, the students at Sacred Heart Primary School opposite now have no bus stop.
Very unprofessional staff in the office in regards to property manager and officers, have been dwindling money for years. I had trouble on many occasions for years when paying my rent in cash, they weren't entering it on their system straight away and I kept getting notifications of rent arrears, " where has my money gone to" rent arrears of uneven amounts and different amounts on those occasions, how? I have threatened to take legal action regarding my supposedly rent arrears and they need to check their rent receipt book, ... read more
