*updating from 5 star to 3 star for now. I’m not sure if management is aware but I wanted to make it known. We went for 90 minute massage but the therapists didn’t want to do 90 minutes. They only wanted to do 60 minutes so that was a disappointment. I’m not sure if management is aware. Multiple customers came to the door for massages but appointments are hard to schedule because there is no scheduling system. The therapists said “I’m busy” so it is missed business. Fantastic! The therapists are very sweet. They do not speak English so please go in to see them. They have a computer where they are able to communicate in English. They take walkins. Price point fair.
Went in for massage, she did my back and calves... paid for full massage but did not get it.
I called to make an appt and whoever answered couldn’t even speak english at all to communicate with me.
