Very gentle and effective process. I tried traditional counselling and found that my issue was opened up. At the end of the session I was upset and it carried on for the rest of the week. I went back the following week and the same thing happened AGAIN. I decided that counselling was not for me. But the processes used by Yildiz are gentle, effective and don't leave you upset at the end of the session - quite the opposite.
