Was referred for lower jaw nerological pain and waited 8ish months to see Dr. Yan. During the initial appointment she refused to look at me and kept repeating the information I was providing incorrectly back to me. It was very clear she didn't read my chart or pay any attention to the symptoms I was describing. This is my sisters doctor and my sister was diagnosed with a brain tumor instead of Dr.Yan seeing her she is refusing to speak to her and just keeps changing her meds and the meds is not making things any better her tumor is actually getting worse. She has only seen Dr.Yan ONCE since she was diagnosed and now is being told she has to find another doctor no explanation was giving at all.

Dr. Yan is so kind and empathic - she explains everything very clearly including different medication options. She makes a point of responding quickly to messages personally. I feel lucky to be under her care
