NYS DMV made a mistake on my title. Because they were backlogged this cause a delay in receiving my corrected title. Jessica Ramirez went above & beyond to assure me that my updated title was on the way. She also sent me an copy from DMV so I'd know the update had taken place and should be in the mail on its way to me. Great work Jessica!

Do not refinance with them horrible service after you sign. Makes using Gap and extended warranty impossible to use. The agents are rude and will not help you. They say oh we'll call you back and just don't do anything not even notate the account.

I refinanced my auto loan with Refijet. As going through the number with the loan officer initially, I was told that there would be a $495.00 prepaid finance charge which was to pay the accumulated interest with my previous lender . However, when logging into my online account two weeks later, it appears the total loan principal includes the $495.00 fee, which obviously isn’t right and should not be included in there.
