Doctor is very nice and cute too
Dr. Cai is very thoughtful. He takes time to review records. He asks questions and listens to the answers. He has a good nursing and medical assistant team, as well as administrators who provide support. Dr. Cai has been available when I've needed him, and when he wasn't available another provider in the medical practice was able to see me. I trust Dr. Cai's judgement and appreciate that he is able to make decisions quickly.
My first visit to Dr. Cai and to the Trinity Health Group. I was impressed: friendly & very competent staffing all around. In addition to an annual wellness check-up, I had a complex issue from an earlier rare anaphylactic reaction to medication. Dr Cai was attentive, took his valuable time to hear me fully out, and prescribed labs which I could have done immediately, right there, The next day I was emailed a full report on the labs and a summary of the visit, and the day after a report on what the labs meant, with recommend... read more
Dr Cai is a wonderfully patient, kind, caring man who always takes the time to listen to my problems and answer my questions. He explains things to me very well and makes me feel a part of all decisions.
