If you can avoid this doctor, please AVOID!! She is unprofessional during my appointment, she appeared more concerned about discussing what she was going to have for lunch than addressing my medical concerns. I felt rushed and unheard throughout the visit. I was sent for multiple tests that seemed unnecessary, only to be told that nothing was wrong. If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. The level of care here is unbelievable — and not in a good way. If you want to walk out losing feeling in your hands or legs, then this is the place to go. Everything is done painfully slow, with no sense of urgency or concern for the patient. This is by far one of the most unprofessional doctor’s offices I’ve ever dealt with. The staff failed to inform me of the documentation needed before my appointment, so I wasted my time coming in only to be turned away. The front desk was not only unknowledgeable but also rude when I asked for clarification. The lack of communication and courtesy is unacceptable in a medical setting. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for competent, professional care.
The Doctor is never there only maybe once a month. The rest of the time your being seen by a physician assistant or practitioner who doesn't know much. They will write down notes and look at you like they have no idea. Only go here if your going to be seen by the actual doctor.
