Extremely disappointed with the front desk staff at this neurology office. They lack basic administrative training, they didn't even know what a Healthcare Proxy form was, which is shocking for a specialized clinic. Worse, they managed to pull the wrong patient file twice, once over the phone and again in person. If you can avoid this doctor, please AVOID!! She is unprofessional during my appointment, she appeared more concerned about discussing what she was going to have for lunch than addressing my medical concerns. I felt rushed and unheard throughout the visit. I was sent for multiple tests that seemed unnecessary, only to be told that nothing was wrong. If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. The level of care here is unbelievable — and not in a good way. If you want to walk out losing feeling in your hands or legs, then this is the place to go. Everything is done painfully slow, with no sense of urgency or concern for the patient.
